Apple Finally Creates an Official Twitter Page and News About Microsoft's Latest Update For Its Mobile Devices

Need help from Apple? Apple launched a Twitter page called Apple Customer Service at 7 AM central time in the morning.  The page already had 70,400 followers at 12:15 PM central time.  In 20 minutes, Apple started conversing with its customers and first followers on their Twitter page. They were answering their customers and followers questions about their products. This Twitter page of Apple is intended to serve as a customer service page, it also will feature tips and instructions on how to use their various products in the near future. This was, apparently, the first time Apple has created a main page for themselves. Before, they had a Tim Cook page, an App Store page, and an Apple Music page but not a plain Apple brand page. Last October Apple created a Twitter page for Apple Music and gained ownership to the Beats Twitter page. Until recently Apple has not ,really, been comfortable with using the social media, or at least Twitter, to promote their products. I think it is very bizarre Apple did not have an official Twitter page until today. From what I can tell, Apple's Facebook page was ,also, created today. The Apple Music Facebook page was created in 2013, but it was not even created by Apple. That means that Apple still does not have an official Facebook page. I think it is extremely bizarre Apple has not had any social media pages until very recently. A big company like Apple should be finding ways to increase the number of clientele they have, and one way they could do that is by promoting their product through the social media. Microsoft's Facebook page somehow goes back to January 1, 1975 even though Facebook was created February 4, 2004 and the internet was not commercial back then.  From what I can remember, I followed Microsoft on Twitter a long time ago. Microsoft, Apple's biggest competitor, created a Facebook and a Twitter page a while ago. Twitter was created March 21, 2006. Why has Apple waited this long to create a Twitter page? I nor others might never understand why Apple waited until 2016 to create a Twitter page.

Stating on Thursday there will be an automatic firmware (permanent software for devices with highspeed memory but has a platform that can't be changed)  for participants in Microsoft's Insider Program. This is will be the latest update from Microsoft. This time, Microsoft users won't have to set their mobile devices to default before they update them because the update will be automatic. One of the things Microsoft has been trying to do is make more of its update automatic.
