iPhone 7 Development and Microsoft's Planned Partnership with Samsung

Apple:

Apple's shares dropped by about 5% this week; 4.25% just this Thursday and 7.8% this entire year. That's 28% less than its highest share. Its highest stock was about $134 per share which was in April.  As of this week, the stocks have dropped to $96.45 per share. The reason for this large decline in the company's stocks is not completely known as of know, but it is believed that the Apple fan-base is concerned with the latest iPhone; the iPhone 6S.  Also, the smartphone business has been suffering financial issues that lowered the price of a single iPhone from about $650 to about $450. I do agree that some Apple users have lost their interest in the company's products, such as myself, and I think Apple will loose a number of buyers again when they come out with the iPhone 7 because the rumor is that Apple is going to remove the headphone jack from its smartphones.

Guess what Apple plans to do? They're trying to make their phones thinner, but honestly I think they're already thin enough. The iPhone 6 is 6.8 mm and the iPhone 6 plus is 7.1 mm. The iPhone 6 already became notorious for bending in your pocket. This shows that if they attempt to make the phone any thinner, the chances are it will snap into two pieces. You will still be able to use a pair of headphones, but they have to be wireless and cannot be standard. Also, Apple will allow you to plug your headphones into the charging port, but the headphones will be a product that will most likely be exclusive to Apple. So what if I want to charge my phone and listen to music at the same time? How do you explain that. I also like round wires, not those thin and flat ones. Find another  way to make your device cheaper without stripping essential parts. #iPhonekeepthejack

Today, aside from Apple's decrease in stocks, Apple bought a Startup company; Emotient Inc. which is  artificial-intelligence to analyze its users emotions. Android and Google already use artificial intelligence software. The investment, however, could lead to a face recognition system that Facebook might use at the front door. This investment is great for Apple, and if its customers are becoming disinterested with their products maybe this will gain them support if they can find a good way to use it with their devices. In my oppinion, this is the best product that Apple has come out with all year.

Apple also wants to add a second camera to the rear of the iPhone, which will enhance the quality of photographs.

Microsoft:

Microsoft is partnering with Samsung to develop new devices that feature a version of Windows 10 known as Windows 10 IoT (Internet of Things). The software will be featured on smaller devices such as the new . The software will appeal mostly to people who are looking for a project such as assembling and programming their own device. It's a cool concept, but there probably aren't enough people that are interested in building or knowing how to build their own device. I, for one, would invest in this product.
